US Entry Waiver - September Letter

 This topic is regarding something that certain people may qualify for. It is called a September Letter and it is basically a lifetime clearance where people will not need a US Entry Waiver. Now, this may be confusing for some people since competitors will tell you that most convictions require a US Waiver. 

This is absolutely not true in every case since some offences can indeed be cleared for life. The thing is that competitors do not know how to get these lifetime clearances. It does appear that we are the only Canadian business that knows how to obtain them. We already know why since the competitors have not received the proper training regarding how to obtain these letters or even win the complex waiver cases. We purposely will not publish a list of the complex offences that will qualify for them for this reason. 

It will indeed cost you more money but it is worth it in the long run. An example is that we have a rare case where we got one for drug possession. Note, that this is an extremely rare example. I cannot really elaborate on this too much since we have constantly evaluated our content and found ways to mimic our techniques and sell it at a cheaper price. 

Also please note that the September Letter will only be good for the specific offence mentioned. An example is that we obtained a September Letter for the offense of unlawfully flying a UFO without a licence. The border sees this conviction but then you admit to armed robbery of the Save-On-Foods in Surrey, BC on Scott and Nordel Way. 

In closing, yes some people will qualify for this special kind of relief. It will basically just depend on the particulars surrounding your case.
